Shalva Shengeli (Georgia)

Shalva Shengeli was born in 1966. In 1991 he was graduated from the architecture department of the Georgian Technical University. In parallel he was studying at the secondary department of journalism. In 1998 he graduated from the film directing department of the Georgian State University of Theatre and Film, studio of Rezo Esadze.
