Mário Veloso was born in Braga, Portugal. He finished his studies in Cinema and, before joining the Lisbon Theatre and Film School, where he currently attends the areas of Image and Realization of the cinema course, he went through Faculty of Fine Arts, where he attended the 1st year of Communication Design. Made the fictional short Águas Furtadas (2019) and the documentary Rio Torto (2019), which won Fernando Lopes Award for Best First Portuguese Film and Pedro Fortes Award for Best Green Years Section Portuguese Film.
