Kelly Neal (United Kingdom)

Kelly Neal is a documentary director based out of Edinburgh. She has just been awarded a Scottish BAFTA for Best First Time Director at the New Talent awards.Her last film, How to Save a Fish From Drowning, has just been licensed by PBS in the U.S. and she is currently in development for a long-form documentary based in Columbus.
She has two masters’ degrees in filmmaking and her previous documentaries include ShooShooMooShoo, a study of Bulgarian sumo and Down the Rabbit Hole, a look into a time-travelling cult in the mountains of Italy.
