Herbert Sveinbjörnsson worked in TV advertisement and TV programming as a technician in Esbjerg Denmark 1997-1999. He started working as a cameraman at RUV (Icelandic national broadcasting service) 1999, then he worked as an editor at RUV 2003-2011. He is also a shareholder in Edisons Lifandi Ljómyndir ehf and is the current chairman of the board.
