Polyethylene terephtalate is prepared by esterification of ethylene glycol together with tereftal acid. In 1973, the first plastic bottle was made from it and in 2009 children transformed the plastic bottle into Pepíček, Bětka, Rebeka and others - gentle poetic film about a transformation of waste into toys.
