Gyumri, the second largest city of Armenia, is still recovering from the disastrous earthquake of 1988. Life’s hardships and shared memories from the past bring together parallel ‘worlds’ of protagonists in a city, where melancholy lingers and humor is the only respite.

This film integrates portraits of people, who refuse to accept the present, and live with nostalgia for the past, as mutual common trauma is still alive.

This film is not currently online :(

But no worries. There are more just like it in our new programme.
