A joureney across teh U.S.Mid West captures the moods of American countryman during war in Iraq. The documentary show set in the vast fields leaves the nation´s heart thumping often surprisingly, grotesquely, and sometimes sends shivers down the spine. The filmmaker moves onward through sequenced visions, from real life situations to impersonal conscience of the earth, to ghosts - its essence. We find ourselves in the middle of America, yet we are at its beginning. We are living it through looking differently at the mythic geography of the Mid West, including the irony that comes back to those who created it.
